Northwest Ipa
"Mad Max"
ABV 6.5 IBU 60
Northwest Ipa
If you have been to Paper Street... You know Max. A pillar in the brand, the family, and the local farming. This is Max's first spin on an IPA. We won't disclose if the added hoppy flavoring was intentional or accidental but we sure love it and so do those drinking it! Thanks Max its a good one.
IPA
Bubba Juice "Juicy IPA"
ABV 5.5 IBU 42
IPA
The Juicy. Theeee Juicyyyy. Test plot #5. Whatever you'd like to call it. It's as good of an IPA as we have done! A magical blend of citra, sabro, and hallertau blanc hops. This has quickly become a house favorite.
Pale Ale
Final Cut Pale Ale
ABV 4.8 48 IBU
Pale Ale
This is John the owners baby. It's a progression in a chase to create the perfect pale. If you come in he's bound to tell you it's his favorite. It's a slight ode to local brewery who gave him the push to try and do the beer. As it progresses look for the 3rd cut and 4th cut. When you see "Final Cut" you'll know he's got it perfected.
Blonde Ale
Cadillac Ranch
ABV 6.0 IBU 35
Blonde Ale
Lager
Farm Light
ABV 4.7 IBU 15
Lager
Known as the local "beer farm". Paperstreet is located in the middle of the farmlands of north Pasco. At night driving out there you won't see the city lights and hustle and bustle. You'll see a few "farm lights" scattered around. So what better name for our new light beer than the "farm light". This lager is aimed right for the light beer drinker that wants and easy drinking beer with enough flavor but not the overpowering hoppy-ness.
Mexican Lager
El Pasco
ABV 5.4 IBU 17
Mexican Lager
Our twist on the popular beer style of a Mexican Lager. A blend of light beer with a hint of sweet. Pair this with a chamoy rimmed glass and its perfection!
IPL "Hoppy Lager"
Southbound
ABV 5.0 IBU 33
IPL "Hoppy Lager"
This beer style is not as known but is not one to miss. A crispy clean light beer, with a touch of hop flavor on the end. Making it a great drinking light beer packed with flavor but not alcohol content like other IPA styles.
German Hefeweizen
Return of the Hefe
ABV 5.3
German Hefeweizen
What's a brewery without a heff? This is done as a traditional German Hefe providing solid notes of banana and clove. If you like a true German Hefe your going to enjoy this one!
Blonde Stout
Rusty's Blonde Stout
ABV 5.8
Blonde Stout
Traditionally a stout is dark and malty in color and is created through roasted malts in the grain bill. This "blonde" stout uses a pale grain bill and is dry hopped with coffee and cocoa nibs to provide a fantastic blend of coffee and chocolate flavor yet it's a perfect see through "rusty" color. It'll fool your eye but your taste buds will enjoy.
Amber Ale
Crimson Country
